I love giving my pack a good marrow bone to chew on, it not only keeps them busy but the bone has a great natural source of protein and fat, and its a great way to clean teeth and nourish their gums. I really love the products from Primal Pet Foods inc. I like that I can go to my local Pet Club and pick up a 6 pack they are pre-cut to a desirable size. Getting the 6 pack is perfect for me cause I have three dogs and get two servings from one pack.

Why are the bones not huge?
Two words: Cracked Tooth. The raw marrow bones from Primal Pet foods are cut to a ideal size not to large and not to small. Big marrow bones are not the best, most dogs will get simply carried away chewing on a large bone and may crack one of their teeth. Beef or Bison bones are very large and very tough, and I wouldn’t want to risk a $2.00 bone turning into a huge dental bill. I personally think that these raw marrow bones are the right size and I have three different chewers on my hands.

Tips on feeding Raw Marrow Bones:
- Recreational bones can be feed as a recreational treat up to two bones per week
- Always monitor your dog when feeding recreational bones
- Once completely cleaned, bones should be discarded within one to two days
- Recreational marrow bones are NOT to be completely consumed
- Bones come frozen, do not defrost, give the frozen marrow bone to your dog
- After handling the Raw Marrow Bone remember to wash hands
