Goose and I had a nice drive down the Apache Trail hwy 88 to the Lower Fish creek bridge. When we got to the bridge we were lucky that there was a few open spots to park. There isn’t much room to begin with and most of the time the parking spots are taken by sight seers who only stay for a short time anyways. We made our way to the cave right off the side of the road and then worked our way down into the canyon. It was a fun hike as there is no real marked trail, so boulder hopping and finding your path is slow going but half the fun. The trail canyon does come to an end and you have to eventually make your way back out. It was a warm day but the canyon walls shaded us from the sun and the nice cool creek helped take the edge off the heat. It was a really enjoyable hike, I defiantly want to go back and explore more.
